I found that the Henry Wiltshire Letting Agency gave me an excellent, personal service. They removed all the worries about finding tenants, vetting, taking up references and all the legal paperwork. The advertising was really good and the photographs showcased the apartment beautifully. They had a database of people who wanted to rent, as well. I found that there was a lot of security going through an agency, rather than trying to rent property on your own. Best of all, they found me two lovely people, whom we all cherish.
