The role sees the candidate manage a portfolio of developments and will be based in our Head Office in Naas.

The role requires someone who is able to work independently in a busy office whilst working as a part of a team, and with an ability to adapt and be reactive in a fast paced environment.

Requirements:

• Must have PSRA D licence
• Enthusiastic and motivated
• Knowledge required of MUD Act legislation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Have fluency in written and oral English
• Ability to work on own initiative and attention to detail are essential
• Have use of a car and hold a drivers licence
• Have at least 2 year’s experience in a similar role

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage developments
• Respond to owner queries
• Visit developments as required and complete paperwork
• Record any incidents of nuisance and complaints and take appropriate action
• Record and identifying causes of damage to property
• Instructing contractors and manging same to ensure maintenance works are completed
• Attend Directors meetings
• Attend and chair AGM meetings
• Supervise the work of staff you are responsible for, provide support and leadership
• Assist with training of new staff
• Supervise service contractors
• Certify contractor invoices for payment
• Preparation of tender documentation
• Respond to emergencies
• Set/Agree annual service charge budgets for management company
• Be aware of and implement the company’s health and safety policy
• Exercise professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Description:

The role requires working closely with the Senior Property Manager but also work independently with an ability to adapt and be reactive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a team player who is positive, proactive, confident, helpful and polite.

The position is a full-time office-based Monday to Friday based in Naas, Co. Kildare. This is an entry level role.

Responsibilities:

• The role will involve providing general administrative support to the Property team
• Responding to all enquiries and requests in an appropriate and timely manner
• Answer and filter telephone calls, take accurate messages, and deal with general enquiries; flagging critical items and messages
• Logging enquiries and issues
• Dealing with maintenance repair request issues
• Obtain quotes from contractors
• Communicating with owners and contractor to coordinate repairs
• Using and updating company IT and management systems
• Assist the property management team on property related issues as required

Key Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English is essential
• MS office skills including Word and Excel and Outlook
• Experience with Blockman an asset, but not a must
• Experience in a busy administrative role
• Experience in a similar environment
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Strong organisational skills
• Show confidence in dealing with people both in-person and over the phone
• Willingness to learn and use initiative to develop efficient working systems within the office team
• Ability to learn new processes and applications quickly
