Senior Lettings Negotiator

Job Location: South Dublin

Overall Purpose: Our branches in Saggart and Citywest currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Lettings Negotiator.

Henry Wiltshire require a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team, overseeing our Citywest & Saggart branches. The successful candidate will join this very well established company on a full time/permanent basis.

The role requires someone who is able to work independently in a busy office whilst working as part of a team, and with an ability to adapt and be reactive in a fast paced environment while generating new business.

A PRSA Category C & D licence and previous 1-2 years’ experience is essential for this role.

The primary responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Market appraisals of properties
  • Negotiating lettings terms with tenants and landlords
  • Collating necessary references and carrying out reference checks
  • Preparing tenancy agreements
  • Completion of files, arranging utility transfers

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Proficient telephone and written communication manner
  • Competent computer skills
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • An ability to get along with the team and also to work on own initiative

Qualification and Experience

  • A full clean valid driver’s license and use of own car
  • Property Services Regulatory Authority Category C & D license
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Relevant geographical experience of the South Dublin / Citywest area would be an advantage.

Job Location: Kildare or Dublin

Overall Purpose: Our branches in Naas & Docklands currently has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service person. Full Time Permanent Role.

Role and Responsibilities

This role involves dealing with clients on a daily basis, responding to queries, diary management, general administration and office duties. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and be able to work on their own initiative.

Key Skills Required

  • 1-2 years administration experience essential
  • Friendly telephone manner
  • Ability to organise and multi-task
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and experience with a CRM system a distinct advantage
  • A flexible positive attitude towards work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior property experience is desirable but not essential
  • Full clean driving licence an advantage.

Overall Purpose: Henry Wiltshire require an Accounts Assistant / Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will join this very well-established company on a part time/permanent basis.

The role requires someone who is able to work independently in a busy office whilst working as part of a team, and with an ability to adapt and be reactive in a fast-paced environment. Previous 2-3 years’ experience is essential for this role.

The primary responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing and dealing with client queries via telephone and email
  • Facilitating your department with property management issues
  • Facilitating your department with daily duties when needed
  • Managing incoming payments and completing client statements
  • Processing invoices following approval
  • Prepare and set up electronic transfers and payments on banking online software
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly in accordance with company policy
  • General admin and office duties

The ideal candidate will have:
