Our branch in Dublin 6 currently has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service person.

Role and Responsibilities
This role involves dealing with clients on a daily basis, responding to queries, diary management, general administration and office duties. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and be able to work on their own initiative.
Key Skills Required
- 1-2 years administration experience essential
- Friendly telephone manner
- Ability to organise and multi-task
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and experience with a CRM system a distinct advantage
- A flexible positive attitude towards work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior property experience is desirable but not essential
- Full clean driving licence an advantage.
Salary: Dependant on Experience Level
